WOW is not enough word to describes the outstanding service they provide us.
- the welcoming team at the door very professional with the bright smile and traditional greetings
- Also all the front desk team, the bartenders and servers very professional and respectful.
- The house keepers are very loyal and honest. I never lock anything in my room even tho they have safe in the room.
- all the Management teams they are very friendly. They all go above and beyond to makes us feel like home.
- Even the day I arrived (for Fasika) they brought me agelgel with all traditional foods to my room. I feel like am staying at my parents house.it brought tears to my eyes.
- Most important the room rates is very reasonable and cheap for the service we have received.
